I woke up to wind chills of -27 degrees. Spring is my favorite season for multiple reasons and the liberating warmth is certainly one of them. Only a few more weeks hopefully.

I get horrible allergies in the spring. :(

It's 52 "Murican Furrenheits" and sunny here in my part of Canada, snowdrops are blooming, crocus and daffodils are about to bloom, and I'm mowing my lawn tomorrow.

That's a lovely picture.

I wouldn't mind warmer temperatures. However, I can't say I'm ready for the snow to go away quite yet.

But longer days, better weather, and the promise of summer makes it worth it right?

Are you in the BC area? That's the only part of Canada I can think of that wouldn't be cold in the winter.

I'm usually ready the day after Christmas.

And yes the colors in the picture are excellent.

I enjoy your taste in the really old classics. Not too many people around here post them.

Yep, central Vancouver island. Even for us it's been an abnormally warm winter, hasn't frozen since mid January.

Thanks! Classics are just so interesting. They may not be the fastest or even the most memorable but they always have an interesting story.

That is awesome. Vancover is a beautiful area. I was up there several years ago for a vacation. Ocean, mountains, semi decent weather. You guys got it all.

Yea it's messed up. I've never seen this much snow. The tree branches are now blocking me from throwing more snow on top of one of the piles

Winter skipped us this year. We've had 80F+ temps for the last few weeks. Broke a record with a high of 85F the other day.
